Rules

Thank you for choosing NiMi Haven as your resort destination.  Please take a moment to read the Covenant.

1. All Public areas are PG, we are a family friendly resort.

2. Please respect the privacy of others.  i.e. do not enter any private villas other than your own without invitation from the guests.

3. You may rez items in the public area but please keep it within the feel of the sim and must be PG.  Please also pick them up once you are finished as we would not like anyone to lose items due to auto return.

4. Parents are responsible for their children.

5. No child avatars allowed in any Villa A. 
6. No child avatars on voice in public areas.

7. If you use a tummy talker, diaper etc., local chat feature must be turned off when in public areas.

8. No harassment of other guests.  Any guests caught harassing others will be ejected without refund.

9. Day passes are for the 22 hours from the start of the pass being issued and will not be extended if the day guest has to leave for any reason.

10. Extra bookings such as Lemon Tree reservations are scheduled.  50% payment is required at the time of scheduling.  Please be advised that deposits are non refundable.

11. Tipping staff - tipping staff is optional, never required but always appreciated.
